TIR is the embodiment of success and extreme motivation, in any area of competition.

If you are about to take up a cause, or have just done so, TIR indicates that you are quite prepared to fight for what you believe, no matter how the odds may be stacked against you. In combination with supporting runes, it also indicates that you are likely to succeed.

TIR often foretells of an increase in power and standing within your circle, as well as a possible increase in wealth.
Reversed: TIR can indicate a lack of conviction or waning enthusiasm, resulting in failure of any enterprises.

TIR often indicates a reduction of, or obstruction to your energy flow. You may be inundated with ideas, but other influences are coming into play to hamper their progression. This will be a frustrating time.

TIR in reverse, may also indicate loyalty issues surrounding friendship and romantic relationships, clarification from other runes in the cast, may indicate where.
